RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Any purchase may be exchanged or returned for store credit (no cash refunds) with the original sales receipt within 12 months of purchase, provided the item is in "as new" condition. Damaged or defective items may be repaired, replaced or returned for store credit (no cash refunds) at the discretion of Market Street Jewelry.
LAYAWAYS:
Market Street Jewelry offers a layaway program for any items in stock. A 20% deposit is required, with regular payments thereafter. The outstanding balance must be paid within 12 months, unless a special arrangement is made with Market Street Jewelry for an extension. Any layaway item may be returned to stock if no payment has been made for a 3-month period, and any amount paid to that point allocated as a store credit (no cash refunds). If no contact with Market Street Jewelry is made for a 6-month period, any payments made are forfeited.
HOLDS:
Market Street Jewelry will hold any item without obligation for up to one week; after that the item will be returned to stock if not purchased.
