REPAIRS
We repair, size and modify all silver and gold jewelry. Minor repairs may be done in the store, but most need to be sent out to our local silversmith/goldsmith. Repairs and items to be modified or sized are collected on Tuesdays and Fridays. This means that most repairs are completed and ready to be picked up within three or four days.

We send some repairs (especially Native American items) to our silversmith in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has access to an extensive selection of replacement stones, turquoise, coral and opal, which makes matching and replacing missing or damaged stones much easier. Repairs sent to Albuquerque can take one or two months, as our silversmith is very particular about color matching stones and will look for perfect matches if he does not have suitable stones in stock.

All repairs can be "rushed" if needed fast, in most cases at no additional charge (unless two-day or overnight delivery is required).

SPECIAL ORDERS
If you don't see what you are looking for in the store, or have particular requirements, please ask us! We can obtain most jewelry from our suppliers very quickly - in some cases, overnight! And our goldsmith/silversmith can size most items up or down. There is no additional charge for a special order (except overnight delivery charges) and our prices are the best in town!
